How to Shop
Please find below simple instructions on how to order your Lyondellbasell merchandise.
How to place the order:
1) Browse through the products and click on the item of interest.
2) Enter the quantity you would like in the order box.
3) Click Add to Basket!
4) From here you can either choose to continue shopping for more products or click “Go to shopping basket”.
5) Once in the shopping basket you can adjust any product quantities you wish to order, or alternatively remove products you decide not to purchase. You can also click “continue shopping” if desired.
6) Once you have entered your details click the “Checkout” button.
7) The next page is important; here you will need to enter your details, billing address including legal entity, delivery address and cost centre name and number. You will then be given the opportunity to review your order before you click proceed.
8) Now click “PROCEED”. We will receive your order and send you confirmation straight away. Thanks!
9) You will then receive an email with your order reference confirming that we’ve received your order.
